摘要
利用元素分析技术测定浓乳液快速聚合方法制备的丙烯腈/丙烯酸丁酯(AN/BA)的共聚物的组成,用TM方法拟合实验数据计算竞聚率,得到的AN/BA浓乳液快速聚合的竞聚率数据用于分析间歇反应实验,理论计算结果与实验结果基本吻合。
Concentrated emulsion polymerization has been performed for acrylonitrile/Butyl acrylate binary system. The copolymer composition was determined by element analysis for nitrogen and the reactivity ratio of AN/BA calculated by the Tidwell-Mortimer Method, r__1=(0.4035), r__2=(0.8251). The dependence of the overall copolymer composition on the concersion produced by using the obtained reactivity ratio values agreed fairly well with the experimental data.
