摘要
合成了葡萄糖烯丙基酰胺单体(AAG),然后用过硫酸钾(KPS)/四甲基乙二胺(TMEDA)引发其与丙烯酰胺共聚,得到含糖聚合物PAM-co-PAAG。用IR、1H-NMR对单体及共聚物的结构进行了表征,用TGA研究了聚合物的热稳定性。探讨了各种反应条件,如引发剂浓度、温度、pH、单体的配比等对聚合反应的影响。
Sugar-containing monomer glycosylallylamide (AAG) was synthesized by allyl amine and δ-gluconolactone in DMF solution. The monomer was characterized by IR and ()~1H-NMR. The copolymers of acrylamide with glycosylallylamide [Poly(AM-co-AAG)] were prepared by free radical copolymerization of AAG with acrylamide (AM) using potassium persulfate(KPS) and N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyl ethylene diamine (TMEDA) as initiator. The structure of copolymer was confirmed by IR and ()~1H-NMR spectra. The thermal stability of the copolymer was determined by TGA. The effects of factors on copolymerization, such as temperature, pH, feeding ratio and the concentration of initiators were studied. The conversation of copolymerization decreased with increasing the conversation of AAG. The conversion of the copolymerization attained maximum at the same concentration of KPS and TMEDA.
