摘要
将超声波引入到PA6/HDPE(80/20)共混体系的挤出过程,系统地研究了超声波对共混体系结构和性能的影响,并采用DSC,FT-IR,SEM等多种实验方法研究了共混物的结晶性能、力学性能和形态等。结果表明,超声波的引入提高了共混物的力学性能,且对共混体系的形态以及两组分的结晶性能均有影响。
The ultrasonic wave was introduced into the extrusion of PA6/HDPE blends in this paper. The effects of ultrasonic oscillations on mechanical properties, morphology and crystallizing behavior of PA6/HDPE (80∶20) blends were studied through DSC, SEM, and mechanical property test. The experimental results show that ultrasonic oscillations can reduce the particle size and improve the dispersion of dispersed phase in matrix. The tensile strength and impact strength get increased. Ultrasound oscillations can also significantly reduce the melting enthalphy and crystallizing enthalphy of PA6 and HDPE.
