摘要
利用扫描电子显微镜研究硬弹性聚丙烯拉伸过程中形态的变化和微孔的形成,同时,重点讨论了聚丙烯熔体的温度、所受拉伸比等对聚丙烯中空纤维膜微孔结构的影响。结果表明,聚丙烯熔体的温度较低、所受拉伸比较大,所形成的微孔膜孔径分布均匀、孔隙率较高。
Microporous polypropylene hollow fiber membranes were prepared by the melt-spinning and cold-drawing method. The changes of texture structure of hard elastic polypropylene lale during drawing state and the formation of micropore were studied using SEM, The effects of process condition on the pore structure and properties were also discussed. The results show that the maximum porosity of the membrane with distributing uniformly pore diameter are increased with the lowering spinning temperature, and increasing melt draft ratio.
