摘要
通过先辐射接枝后磺化引入磺酸基两步法合成了磺酸型质子交换膜,对质子交换膜的物理化学性能如吸水性、离子交换容量、形体稳定性以及化学稳定性等进行了研究分析。结果表明,这些性能依赖于膜基体中苯乙烯的含量,综合膜的各种性能,膜中苯乙烯含量应控制在12%~21%之间。
Proton exchange membranes were prepared by simultaneous irradiation grafting of styrene onto polytetrafluoroethylene films followed by a sulfonation reaction. The physic-chemical properties of membranes, such as water uptake, ionic exchange capacity, hydration number, shape stability, and chemical stability were investigated. The results indicate that the characters of the membranes strongly depend on the content of styrene, and when content of styrene is in 12%~21%, it can satisfied the requirement of the membrane for the fuel cell.
