沙盐6井定向钻井液应用

Application of Directional Well Drilling Fluid in Sha 6~# Well

根据沙盐6井地层特点及钻井工程要求,一开使用了正电胶钻井液体系,防止了表层疏松砾石层的井漏、井塌;二开采用了两性离子聚合物钻井液体系,该体系具有较强的抑制能力,防止了泥岩的水化膨胀;三开选用了饱和盐水钻井液体系,有效的保护了水平段的井眼。现场施工表明,该钻井液技术满足了钻井工程的需要,适用于盐矿山的水平钻采工艺。

According to the characteristics of stratum in Sha6 # Well and the requirement of drilling pro-ject,we applied positive-charge gl ue well drilling fluid system in the first drilling and has prevented well leaka ge and collapse of loose gravel stratum.Zwitterion polymer drilling fluid system was adopted in the sec-ond drilling,which was of comparatively strong restrain ing ability and prevented the hydrated expansion of mudstone.Saturated brine wel l drilling fluid system was adopted in the third drilling and borehole in the ho r-izontal section was effectively protected.The on-site construction indicates that this well-drilling fluid tech-nology meets the need of well-drilling proje ct and is suitable for the horizontally drilling and extracting pro-cess of roc k salt mine.
