不同晶型甲壳素的季铵盐化研究

Preparation and Structure Characterization of Quaternary Ammonium Salt Derivatives of α -and β-Chitin

在完全水体系中对α、β两种不同晶型结构的甲壳素进行季铵盐化改性,获得了具有不同取代度甲壳素羟丙基三甲基季铵盐衍生物;对其结构进行了比较系统的分析表征;结果表明:β 甲壳素较α 甲壳素具有更高的非均相反应活性。

The 2-hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride chitin with various degree of substitution,a kind of quaternary ammonium salt derivative of chitin, were prepared by the reaction of chitin with GTMAC α glycidyltrimethylammonium chloride) in aqueous solution. The structure of these quaternary ammonium salt derivatives of chitin were characterized with advanced instrumental analysis. The research results indicated that β -chitin is more chemically active than α -chitin under heterogeneous conditions.
