摘要
完善高等职业教育体系，是职业教育适应我国经济发展状况、贯彻终身教育理念，适应传统文化环境的必然要求。完善我国高等教育体系，应在明确指导思想与基本原则的基础上，厘清其层次与类别，并做好同其他教育体系的衔接与沟通。同时，从制度保障、管理体制、政策扶持的角度采取相应对策。
It is an inevitable need for vocational education adapting our economic development, implementing life-long educational idea and suiting traditional cultural environment to perfect higher vocational education system. To perfect it should definte its level and classification do well in connection with other education system based on making clear guiding thought and basic principle, adopt relevant measures.
