中西医结合治疗不稳定性心绞痛28例总结

A Summary on 28 Cases of Unstable Angina Pectoris Treated with the therapy of Combination of Chineses Traditional and Western Medicine

目的 :观察血府逐瘀汤合参附汤结合西医常规治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛的疗效。方法 :将冠心病不稳定性心绞痛病人 5 5例随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组用血府逐瘀汤合参附汤结合西药治疗 ,对照组予常规西药治疗。结果 :治疗组在症状、心电图改善、血液流变学指标改善等方面与对照组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ;对血脂影响两组差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :血府逐瘀汤合参附汤结合西医常规治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛疗效较单用西药治疗为优。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect on unstable angina pectoris treated by Xuefu Zuyu decoction and Shenfu decoction united with western medical routine therapy.Method:55 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in the treatment group were treated by Xuefu Zuyu decoction,Shenfu decoction and chemical drugs,patients in the control group treated by routine chemical drugs.Results:The improvements of symptoms,ECG and indexes of blood helogy in the treatment group had significant defferences as compared with that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).There were no significant defferences in the effect to blood-lipid(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Zueyu Zuyu decoction and Shenfu decoction united with western medical routine therapy in treating unstable angina pectoris was superior to that in treating only by chemical drugs.
