The Lumping Multicomponent Algorithm of Reforming Flash Separator

摘要 针对工业重整流程中的油气分离罐,基于Riedel公式和Wilson方程提出了一种多元集总组分分率和流量的估计算法,将计算估计值与某炼油厂的实际值进行比较,符合较好,适合工业应用。 Based on Riedel formula and Wilson equation, a lumping multicomponent algorithm for separation process is developed. The ideas and steps of the algorithm are analyzed, and the proposed algorithm is used to estimate the product of a real flash separator. The errors between the estimated results and the plant observations are satisfactorily minor, which shows that the algorithm is reasonable and practical.
