不对称矫治曲力学行为的研究

摘要 目的 :对不对称矫治曲的力学行为进行研究 ,为矫治曲的设计和应用提供参考依据。方法 :建立不对称性垂直曲和L形曲的几何模型 ,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对矫治曲的力学行为进行模拟计算 ,最后对其规律进行总结。结果 :不对称程度影响矫治曲的力学行为。不对称矫治曲除产生X方向的作用力外 ,在Y方向也有作用力产生 ,而且两个臂产生的力矩大小也不同。结论 :在实际应用中 ,可以根据治疗时对M /F的不同要求对矫治曲及其特征尺寸进行选择。 Objective The mechanical characteristics of asymmetric orthodontic loops were investigated in order to provide the references for the design and use of the orthodontic loops.Methods Finite element models of asymmetric vertical loop and L loop were established,and the finite elements soft ANSYS was used to simulate the mechanical characteristics of the loops.The simulated data were finally summarized.Results The mechanical characteristics of the asymmetric orthodontic loops are influenced by loop asymmetry.When deformed,not only is there force produced in X direction,but also in Y direction.The moments generated by the two asymmetric arms are different from each other.Conclusion The loop and its special shape and size should be chosen according to the requirement to M/F during the therapy while the loops are used actually.
