摘要
以苯胺为吸收液 ,光气与苯胺反应生成 1,3 二苯基脲 ,以ODS -C18柱 (15 0mm× 6mmi.d .,10 μm )为分析柱 ,甲醇 -水 (体积比为 70∶30 )为流动相 ,在 2 5 7nm波长处用紫外检测器检测 1,3 二苯基脲 ,建立了间接测定空气中光气的反相高效液相色谱法。方法的线性范围为 0 .5~ 2 5mg/L ,线性相关系数为 0 .999 6 ,测定结果的相对标准偏差为 5 .71%~ 12 .0 % ,回收率为 92 .6 %~ 94 .7% ,检出限为 6 .9× 10 -10 g。
Collected by aniline solution, phosgene reacts with aniline to form 1,3-diphenylurea. Methanol-water(70∶30) is used as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, 1,3-diphenylurea was separated on ODS-C 18 column and detected with UV detector at 257 nm. The indirect determining method of phosgene in ambient air by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was set up. The linear range of working curve is 0.5~25 mg/L and the correlation coefficient is 0.9996. The relative standard deviation is 5.71%~12.0%, the recovery is 92.6%~94.7% and the detection limit is 6.9×10 -10 g.
