隐神经营养血管皮瓣的临床应用

Clinical Application of Saphenous Neurocutaneous Flap

目的:总结隐神经营养血管皮瓣修复皮肤软组织缺损的临床应用经验。方法:分别采用隐神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣和隐神经营养血管逆行交腿皮瓣修复小腿中下段及足跟与足踝部深度创面11例。结果:11例皮瓣均100％成活,术区外形与功能良好。结论:隐神经营养血管皮瓣可以多种形式转移修复小腿中下段及足跟与足踝部深度创面。

Objective: To sum up the clinical experience of repairing skin defects on the remote part of the lower limb with saphenous neurocutaneous flap. Methods: The reversed saphenous neurocutaneous vascular island flap and the reversed saphenous neurocutaneous vascular cross leg flap were designed respectively to repair 11 soft tissue defects around the heel, malleolus, achilles tendon and the low 1/2 part of anterior tibial. Results: The survival rate of flaps was 100% and the appearance and function were satisfactory. Conclusion: Saphenous neurocutaneous vascular flaps might be employed by different method to repair the soft tissue defects around the heel, malleolus, achilles tendon and the low 1/2 part of anterior tibial.
