摘要
目的:探讨对同种异体移植病人的全方位心理护理及指导,实施各期护理。方法:3例同种异体移植病人在手术前、手术后及康复期的心理各不相同。对出现的心理问题制定相应护理计划并实施.结果:病人在各期的心理状态均处于较佳状态,不良心理反应大大降低。结论:对同种异体移植病人实施全方位的心理护理是必不可少的,能够将病人心理状态调整至最佳,积极配合治疗,减少手术后并发症的发生。
Objective: To explore the complete psychological nursing in allograftmg patients and carry out the nursing theory during the whole phases. Methods: According to different psychological characteristics of 3 allografting patients in preoperative, postoperative and recovery period, the nursing method was planed to protect them from psychological illness. Results: The psychological reactions of all patients are in such good conditions, that negative influence was greatly alleviated. Conclusion: It was indispensable for the patients to be carried out the complete psychological nursing which made patients more positive and alleviates the negative reaction.
