摘要
文章首先论述了城市RBD的概念、类型、区位特征及其旅游休闲功能。然后,借鉴DouglasGPearce(1999)关于巴黎的"PrintempsHaussman","GaleriesLafayette"及"Carrousec"等知名城市RBD的研究成果,结合我国城市RBD的发展状况对我国城市游憩商业区开发与发展中存在的主要问题进行了分析,并提出了相关对策。
Urban resident's leisure activities prefer to act at home and mainly happen at the urban environs. These results provide theoretical foundations to explore and develop city's RBD. RBD have a quit great development in some big cities in China, but there are some problems, which restrain RBD development seriously. First, the paper relates the conception, type, regional location characteristic, and tourist leisure function of urban RBD. Secondly, the paper makes preliminary researches on RBD key problems and replying strategies in its development in our country, via reference of Douglas G Pearce's(1999)studies on the urban RBD, such as the Printemps Haussman, the Galeries Lafayette, and the Carrousec in Paris, etc.
