Repair of skin and soft tissue defects of middle and distal segment of finger with dorsal digital artery reverse island flap of adjacent digit

目的 探讨邻指指背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣在修复手指中远节皮肤及软组织缺损中的应用价值。 方法 2 0 0 0年 5月～ 2 0 0 3年 5月 ,用邻指指背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复 2 3例手指中远节皮肤及软组织缺损 ,示指 5例 ,中指 15例 ,环指 3例。 结果 2 3例皮瓣均全部成活 ,术后随访 3～ 14个月 ,皮瓣外观、质地满意 ,感觉恢复至S3～ 3 + 。供皮区外观较好 ,功能无明显影响。

Objective To investigate the value of dorsal digital artery reverse island flap of the adjacent digit for repair of skin and soft tissue defects of the middle and distal segment of finger. Methods From May 2000 to October 2003, dorsal digital artery reverse island flap of the adjacent digit was used to repair the skin and soft tissue defects of the middle and distal segment of finger in 23 cases. There were 5 cases of the index finger, 15 of middle finger,3 of ring finger. Results All flaps were survived. The follow-up was ranged from 3 to 14 months postoperatively. The appearance and texture of the flaps were excellent. The sensation of the flaps was recovered to S 3～3 +. The functions of the donor fingers were good. Conclusion Dorsal digital artery reverse island flap of the adjacent digit for repair of skin and soft tissue defects of the middle and distal segment of finger is a good procedure.
