摘要
本文采用微量提取器提取脑力宝丸中的挥发油,以α-细辛醚作对照,用紫外分光光度法测定含量,回收率为94.6％;并采用热加速法进行逸散动力学研究,预测脑力宝素丸中的挥发油露放有效期为209.5天。
In this experiment, the UV spectrophotometry was developed for the content determination of volatile oil extracted from Naolibao Pills with the micro-extract apparatus. Using α-Asarone as a con trol, the recovery of 94.6% was obtained. The dissipation dynamic study with thermal accelerated test pre-examined the useful life of volatile oil from Naolibaosu Pills to be 209.5 day when it was placed open.
