芪明颗粒对糖尿病大鼠晶体抗氧化反应的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的 探讨芪明颗粒对糖尿病性白内障(diabetic cataract,DC)的作用及其机理。方法 采用链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)诱发糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为5组,即芪明低、中、高剂量组,模型组,阳性药物对照组;另设立正常对照组。3个月后给予芪明颗粒治疗,连续灌胃3个月,观察芪明颗粒对DM大鼠晶体中脂质过氧化终产物丙二醛(Maldonclialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutatlaione pemxidase,GSH-px)含量的影响。结果 芪明颗粒可降低晶体中MDA含量,提高SOD、GSH-px活性,与模型组比较其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05-0.001)。结论 芪明颗粒能增强DM大鼠抗氧化能力,减轻晶体的氧化损伤。 Objective: To study the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Qi Ming granule on experimental diabetic cataract. Methods; Diabetic rats induced by streptczotocin (STZ) were randomly divided into 5 groups; model group, treated groups with high, medium, low dosage Qi Ming granule and Doxium group. Normal group was set up. 3 months later, the rats were given by tube and lasted for 3 months. The reaction of Qi Ming granule on the quantities of Maldondialdehyde (MDA), and the activity of Supuroxide dismutase (SOD), Glutathione peroxidase (GSH- px) in lens. Result: Compared to model group, the quantities of MDA in lens were decreased evidently, the activity of SOD, GSH-px in lens were increased distinctly in Qi Ming granule treated groups, which showed significant difference (P<0.05 or P<0. 01) . Conclusion: Qi Ming granule can enhance diabetic rats antioxidative capability and reduce oxidative stress of lens .
