摘要
以生产实践为基础,摸索、总结出X-荧光分析仪在质量检验和控制中合理应用的方法和手段。重点针对荧光分析仪的性能特征,通过大量的试验、生产数据,阐述了如何加强维护、规范操作,并针对不同物料开发工作曲线,保证仪器分析数据的准确性和稳定性,为生产提供准确、可靠的操作依据。
Based on operation practice, the utilization of X -ray analyzer is summarized by the author for quality control and examine. Eased on the features of X-ray analyzer, emphasis on how to strengthen maintenance and correct operation is given by the author through wide testing and operation results. Working curves in connection with different materials is developed in order to assure accurate and stable analyzing and to provide correct and reliable operation data for production.
