CyclinD_1、CyclinE、P_(27)与胶质瘤 被引量：1

摘要 G_1/S期调节机制异常在肿瘤的发生发展中起着重要的作用,与G_1/S期调节有关的细胞周期素(cyclin)有cyclinD、cyclinE等,起正调节作用;与G_1/S期调节有关的以CKI有P_(21)WAFL/CIPL,P_(27),P_(16),P_(15)等,起负调节作用。研究显示cyclinD、cyclinE的表达与胶质瘤的恶性程度和患者预后相关;P_(27)kipl基因是候选的抑癌基因,与肿瘤的发生发展有着密切的关系。
