Hedgehog-Gli信号通路与髓母细胞瘤

摘要 Hedgeho-Gli信号通路在中枢神经系统的正常发育过程中发挥着重要作用。近年来研究表明Hedgehog-Gli信号通路的异常与髓母细胞瘤的发生密切相关,因此Hedgehog-Gli信号通路可能是一个潜在的髓母细胞瘤的治疗靶点,通过对其信号通路作用机制的深入研究,有助于对髓母细胞瘤的了解及找到可能的治疗方案。
