摘要 摘要:1-甲基-4-苯基-1、2、3、6-四氢吡啶(MPTP)具有特异性的神经毒性,其经单胺氧化酶B催化代谢为MPP^+,通过抑制线粒体氧化呼吸链、产生反应氧族和一氧化氮等导致黑质多巴胺能神经元坏死、凋亡,在多种动物中产生类似于帕金森病的症状和病理改变,是目前最常用的帕金森病动物模型。
