酒精性肝硬变63例

Alcoholic Cirrhosis of 63 Patients

目的 了解酒精性肝硬变的治疗与转归。方法 实验室检测及诊治 63例酒精性肝硬变的临床分析。结果 63例酒精性肝硬化中 ,死亡 13例 ,分别合并癌变者 9例 ,肝萎缩 1例 ,门体分流性脑病 2例 ,食管静脉曲张出血 1例 ,其余戒酒后均愈后良好。结论 酒精性肝硬化经积极治疗 ,愈后良好。

Objective To understand the treatment of alcoholic cirrhosis.Methods To analyse the patients of 63 alcoholic cirrhosis through laboratory test and treatment.Results There were 13 patients dying in the alcoholic cirrhosis of 63,including nine patients of cancer?one of hobnail liver?Two of cerebrosis with liver?one of esophageal varicosity,the others were better after stopping drinking alcohol.Conclusions The patients of alcoholic cirrhosis would be better if they were treated positively.
