灵芪复方胶囊预防治疗脂肪肝的实验研究

Effects of Lingqi Compound Capsule in Prevention and Cure of Fatty Liver

目的 :探讨脂肪肝与高脂血症之间的关系 ,灵芪复方胶囊有效治疗高脂血症的同时观察对脂肪肝的治疗作用。方法 :SD大鼠 4 8只 ,雌雄各半 ,体重 (14 5± 15 )g ,随机分为正常对照组 ,灵芪低、中、高剂量组 ,阳性药物对照组和高脂模型组。正常对照组采用基础饮食 ,高脂模型组喂高脂饮食 ,阳性药物对照组喂高脂饮食的同时服用降脂药物银杏叶片 ,灵芪低、中、高剂量组用不同剂量的灵芪复方胶囊 ,4周后空腹 12h以上采血 ,检测指标有血清总胆固醇 (Tch)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C) ,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)。杀鼠取大鼠肝脏做病理切片观察。计量数据做方差分析及q检验 ,计数数据做 χ2 检验 ,以P <0 0 5为显著性界限。结果 :服用灵芪复方胶囊 ,实验性高脂血症大鼠Tch、TG、LDL C与模型组相比均有显著降低 (P <0 0 5 )。病理切片镜下观察高脂模型组肝脏脂变较严重 ,组织学上有 5 0 %以上的肝细胞脂肪化。各用药组大鼠肝脏脂肪变均有不同程度的减轻。结论 :灵芪复方胶囊在有效地预防治疗高脂血症的同时 ,能减轻肝脂变的程度。

Objective:To explore the effects of lingqi compound capsule in prevention and cure of fatty liver . Methods:Half of 48 SD rats were male ,the others were female.They weighed 145g±15g.They were divided into 6 groups:a native group ,a control group (high fat diet)and four treated groups (lingqi in low dose,lingqi in middle dose ,lingqi in high dose ,yin xing yepian ).After experiment,the concentrations of cholesterol (Tch), triacylglycerol (TG),high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C),in serum were tested, the rats' liver pathologic sections were made. All data were conducted with statistical method. Results: The levels of Tch, TG, LDL-C were lower significantly in hyperlipoproteinemia SD rats(P <0.05)after Lingqi compound capsule treatment. There were so many circle grease trickles in liver corpuscle, The degree of fatty liver was heavier and the circle grease trickles was bigger. The fatty liver became better with lingqi compound . Conclusion:Lingqi compound capsule may regulate the level of blood lipid in hyperlipemia SD rats.It also has the therapeutic effects for grease liver.
