六味地黄活血汤对小鼠免疫功能的影响

六味地黄活血汤是在六味地黄汤的基础上添加天冬、川芎、莪术、鸡血藤组成的方剂,为本所内科中西医结合治疗小细胞肺癌的常规用方。经实验研究发现,六味地黄活血汤能促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能;增加溶血索抗体生成量;提高淋巴细胞转化率;促进脾淋巴细胞内白细胞介素Ⅱ的产生,具有明显的免疫增强作用。

Liuweidihuanghuoxue Decoction, composed of Radix Asparagi, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Rhizoma Zedoariae and Caulis Millettiae Reliculatae on the basis of Liuweidihuang Decoction, is a prescription most used in Chinese and western medictine combine treatment for micro cell pulmonary cancer in medicine department of our institute. In the experimental study, it was found that Liuweidihuanghuoxue Decoction could promote the phagocytosis of macrophage in mice' abdominal cavity, increase the product amount of hemolysin antibody, raise the conversion rate of lymphocyte, promote the formation of interleukin Ⅱ in spleen lymphocyte and possess obvious immunological enhancement,
