摘要
用油菜素内酯(BR)对玉米进行浸种处理,可以促进幼苗在低温下生长,其株高、干物重和叶片叶绿素含量校对照明显增加.同时,经BR处理的幼苗在低温下生长,与对照相比其组织的电导率下降,可溶性糖含量升高,脯氨酸含量上升.这些变化都与经BR处理的玉米幼苗抗冷性有关.
This paper studies on the effects of different concentrations plant growth substance-BR on maize seedlings' growth and chilling resistance. BR treatments can promote maize seedlings growth at sufficiently low growth temperature,improve plant height, weight of dry matter, chlorophll contents.It can decrease the rate electric conductivity of maize seedling tissue,mcrease the contents of proline and soluble sugar. All these changes are concerned with the raising of chilling resistance..
