Target Knowledge,Internalized Knowledge and Mechanism of Knowledge Migration

在知识经济时代 ,重要的不仅是“不断地学习” ,而是要掌握“如何更好地学习”。本文从心理学和思维学的角度 ,提出了学习三要素“目标知识、内化知识和学习的知识迁移机制”的概念 ,研究了知识迁移过程的具体机制 ,构建了一个学习方法的模型 。

In an era of knowledge economy,“continuous learning” is no longer important,but learning in a better way is.From the viewpoints of psychological and thinking processes,this article coins the concepts of “target knowledge,internalized knowledge and mechanism of knowledge migration” as three key elements of learning,provides analysis on the exact mechanism of the process of knowledge migration,and constructs a model of learning methodologies.This article also probes for the sources of creative hints in the process of learning.
