This paper analyses three cases of transgress by the disabled from sociopsychology in the hope of exploring the sociopsychological reasons of the crimes committed by the disabled. Moreover, the paper presents several proposals on how to establish a sociopsychological precaution mechanism that prevents crimes committed by the disabled.
