摘要
以盐生植物中亚滨藜提取叶蛋白后的叶渣为原料,采用酶解处理和碱处理相结合的方法,研究得到了滨藜高活性膳食纤维的最佳提取工艺。实验所得滨藜膳食纤维的膨胀力为9.4mL/g,持水力为500%,其功能性质优于小麦麸皮膳食纤维。
The extraction process of the insoluble dietary fiber from atriplex centralasiatica leaf residues by enzymatic and alkali combined methods was studied in this paper. The optimal extraction condition of highly active dietary fiber was obtained. It was showed that the expansion capacity and water holding capacity were 9.4mL/g and 500% respectively. The functional property of atriplex centralasiatica dietary fiber was better than wheat bran fiber.
