摘要
进行了休眠期灵芝孢子、破壁灵芝孢子、萌动激活灵芝孢子及萌动激活全破壁灵芝孢子对小鼠肝癌和网状细胞肉瘤L—Ⅱ细胞生长的抑制作用研究,结果表明,休眠期灵芝孢子经萌动激活可显著提升灵芝孢子的药理活性,萌动激活全破壁灵芝孢子具有显著的抗癌活性,并呈明显的量效关系。
The inhibitory effects of the dormant spores, the sporoderm-broken spores, the germinating spores and the fully sporoderm-broken germinating spores of Ganoderma lucidum on the growth of mou歟 hepatoma and reticulocyte sar-coma L-II cells were investigated, respectively. The dormant ganoderma spores can be activated by germination, and thus their bioactivities may be evidently enhanced. The sporoderm-broken germinating spores of Ganoderma lucidum have the remarkable antitumor effects in a dose-dependent manner, and may significantly inhibit the growth of diverse tumors.
