浙江省部分地区绿茶中重金属含量的调查和研究 被引量:11

A Survey on Heavy Metal Contents of Green Teas in Some Areas of Zhejiang Province

摘要 采集浙江省部分地区(丽水、衢州、金华、绍兴、宁波、杭州市西湖区、建德、临安)的有机及常规茶样(包括鲜叶样品、炒制未包装样品和包装上市样品),对绿茶中的重金属含量采用硝酸-高氯酸消解体系湿法消化茶叶样品,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法对其中的铜、铅、镉元素进行测定。结果显示,样品中铜的超标率远远低于铅的超标率,样品在生产、包装过程中重金属污染较为严重,其中常规茶样品在生产加工、包装过程中的污染情况较有机茶更为严重。 Some kinds of green teas from some areas in Zhejiang province were collected , including fresh tealeaves, dried samples before packing and packed samples for saling. HNO3 plus HCIO4 digestion method was adopted to digest the samples and flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS) was adopted to test the content of Cu, Pb, Cd in each sample. Analytical results showed that the superstandard rate of Cu was more lower than that of Pb, heavy metal contamination of tea samples during processing and packaging was serious, the contamination of normal teas was more se-rious than organic teas.
