知识经济时代 ,大学教育的首要任务是培养具有创新能力和创新精神的高素质人才。本文分析了主、客观两方面因素 ,指出提高大学生创新能力的主要途径应该是塑造学生的完美人格、建立科学的学习理念、营造宽松的校园氛围和发挥教师的示范作用。

In the time of knowledge economy,the chief duty of college education is to cultivate high-quality talents accompanied by creative ability and spirit.Based on the analysis of both subjective and objective factors,this paper proposes the primary way is to mold their perfect personality,set up their scientific learning concept,create loose atomsphere on campus and develop the teacher's demonstratrable function.
