摘要
现阶段我国教育供求矛盾依然十分尖锐。人们从不同角度进行思考 ,提出许多新的主张 ,有关部门采取了一定的措施 ,使教育供求矛盾得到了部分缓解。但长期以来 ,人们忽视造成教育供求矛盾紧张的内在制度根源 ,即由于教育产权和职责的模糊所导致的教育资源配置和使用效率低下的状况。教育供求矛盾的调节 ,最终需要从制度上加以变革和保障。
Great measures have been taken to reduce the imbalance resulted from the current educational supply and demand. However, the writer of this paper assumes that it is the institutional cause that has led to the serious contradiction. And the writer further considers the ambiguous educational property and responsibility as a cause to the deficiency or abuse of educational resources. Thus, the success of the efforts towards diminishing the educational imbalance relies on the institutional reform.
