旅游学是中国高等教育众多学科中的一个新兴专业 ,从教学内容到教学方法都存在着亟待完善的地方 ,而作为高校教育关键因素之一的师资尤为值得关注。目前 ,提升旅游专业教师素质 ,构建高水平旅游师资队伍模式 ,对旅游学教育具有十分重要的意义。

Tourism is one of the newest majors in higher learning institutions in China. Thus, there is a large room to improve its methodology and teaching curriculum, teaching staff, in particular.
