Acute cerebral multiple sclerosis: 7 cases of clinical and pathologic report

本文报告一组7例经剖检证实的急性脑型多发性硬化。全组病例多起病急,病程短。首发症以精神症状、意识障碍为突出表现,伴有尿失禁,抽搐,肌张力增高,病理反射阳性。病理改变主要在大脑白质显示多灶性髓鞘脱失和软化坏死。

In this article we report a group of patients diagnosed acute cerebral MS Proved by Pathology, cencephalitis clinically, with a characteristic clinical picture of actue onset, apparent psychogeny and obvious disturbance of consciousness, usually acompanied by convulsion, incontinence of urine, muscular hypertonia of extremities and bilateral or unilateral positive Babinski's sign. The main pathological change is the acute cerebral multiple sclerosis features, with many demyelinated foci in white matter.
