资源型企业危机管理及其模式探索

CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCE ENTERPRISES

危机管理就是通过危机监测、危机预控、危机决策和危机处理,达到避免、减少危机产生的危害的目的。资源型企业的特点决定了企业实施危机管理的必要性。资源型企业主要存在寿命危机、战略危机、安全危机和环境危机等。本文提出通过创新实现集约式持续发展、多角化经营、实现资源合理开发与储备、资源型企业与资源型城市协同发展等模式,开展资源型企业危机管理。

The crisis management is through crisis monitoring, crisis advance controlling, crisis planning and crisis treatment to avoid or minimize the harms caused by crisis. The necessity of crisis management dependeds on enterprises'characters. There are life-span crisis, strategy crisis, safety crisis, and environment crisis. This article puts forward some measures, such as intensive sustainable development by innovation, mutual - operating, reasonable utilization and reservation, to conduct these crisis management.
