现代大学将更广泛地向社会和大众开放 ,为经济发展服务 ,为社会上所有人们提供可能的学习机会 ,具有“开放性”特征。高校德育作为大学教育的重要组成部分 ,与之相适应 ,也应该走出封闭的教育误区 ,确立开放的教育观念和教育体系 ,面向社会 ,走向大众 ,帮助他们过更实际、更文明、更有意义的生活。

To serve the economic development and provide opportunities for all those possible candidates , modern university will be more extensively open to the society and the public , it has the characteristic of openness . As moral education is the significant part in higher education , modern university should overstep its confined educational misunderstandings so as to adapt to it , and establish the open educational modes of thought , be open to the society and the public , and help them to live a more practical , more civilized and more meaningful life .
