On the Forms of the Missing of the Enterprise Credit with the Economic Law's Analysis

信用缺失尤其是企业信用缺失严重危害了我国社会主义市场经济体制的完善和经济的发展。文章从经济法学视角来界定信用与企业信用缺失的涵义,并运用经济法律关系理论,将企业信用缺失划分为主体型企业信用缺失、客体型企业信用缺失和内容型企业信用缺失三大形态,并对各形态展开了具体分析。

The missing of the enterprise credit has a bad influence upon our country抯 market economy. The article defines the concept of credit and the missing of the enterprise credit from the viewpoint of economic law theory and specifies various forms of the missing of the enterprise credit which include subjective form, objective form and the form on the content.
