摘要
计算机互联网作为开放式信息传播和交流的工具 ,是知识学习和能力锻炼的一个重要渠道和方式 ,也是思想道德建设的重要阵地。本文阐述了网络信息技术发展的积极意义 ,也剖析了上网给大学生带来的负面影响。在此基础上对网络道德建设提出了中肯的意见。该文既洋溢着浓郁的时代性 ,又有现实的可操作性 ,对加强网络道德建设 。
As an open means to communicate and exchange information, internet serves as an important channel and mode to acquire knowledge and train abilities as well as a significant position for ideological and moral construction. The present paper discusses the positive significance for the development of net information technology, analyzes the negative influences of the net on the university students and proposes thereafter some cogent suggestions. The paper, strongly representative of the now times and highly practicable, is of realistic and guiding significance for the moral construction of internet.
