在日益激烈的竞争中 ,要进一步提高利用外资的质量和水平 ,关键是要搞好投资环境建设 ,尤其是要着力改善外商投资的软环境。本文从外商投资软环境的内涵出发 ,在分析改善外商投资软环境的背景基础上 。
Amid the ever intense competition nowadays, the key to improving the quality and standard of the utilization of foreign investment is to make better the investment environment, especially the soft environment for foreign investment. The paper, starting with the discussion of the connotations of the soft environment for foreign investment, and analyzing its background basis, puts forward the strategies and methods of how to improve the soft environment for foreign investment.
