As well-known, documentation knowledge resources are the key to guaranteeing the progress of human society and the development of civilization. The present paper discusses ways to establish, manage, develop and utilize such resources as well as discs and database and tap network knowledge for depth information service and expounds the importance and the necessity as well as the times-meeting feature of resource development.
