28例枕叶出血病因与临床分析

Etiological and clinical analysis on 28 cases of occipital lobe heamorrhage

本文报告了28例经CT证实的枕叶出血,对其病因及临床症状进行了分析。18例血肿位于枕叶内侧,10例位于枕叶外侧,病因方面17例为动静脉畸形。临床表现主要为头痛、呕吐、偏盲。

There have been difficulties in level and qualitative diagnosis of occipital lobe heamorrhage for the deficiency of neurological signs. Since CT has been applied, the rate of confirmed diagnosis was remarkably raised. We discussed the clinical characters of 28 cases of the disease, and in which, 20 patients had received DSA examination.
