丛集性头痛42例分析

An analysis on 42 cases of cluster headache

总结了42例丛集性头痛(CH)的临床特征,辅助检查及药物治疗体会。讨论了CH的诊断标准,和偏头痛的鉴别诊断及可能的病因。发现CH发作间歇期有局部脑血流(RCBF)改变。认为过敏素质可能是发病的一个致病因素。钙通道阻滞剂对阻断丛集头痛有一定的疗效。

The clinical characterisitcs, laboratory investigations and drug treatment were analysed on 42 cases of cluster headache (CH). The diagnostic criteria, differentical diagnosis with migraine and the causes of CH were discussed.The study has shown that there were rCBF changes in CH during headache-free intervals, the hypersensitive constitution may be a etilolgical fact in CH. Calcium blockers have shown some effects on the prophylactive treatment of CH.
