皮层下失语的临床CT和rCBF研究

Clinical findings,CT and rCBF research on subcortical aphasia

本文对60例病人进行了CT、133氙吸入法多探头rBF测定系统检测rCBF半结合临床对皮层下失语进行了详细讨论,发现皮层下失语多位于底节,放射冠或脑周围白质及内囊。rCBF检测发现mCBF值与健康对照差异显著。

60 cases of subcoitical aphasia were analysed. It showed that the symptoms were parallel to the CT findings,and most of the patients recovered or significantly improved within 3～60 days. At the acute stage, rCBF in patients group were remarkably lower than that of Control group in both hemisphere, but those improved significantly after a short time. It was suggested that cortical low-perfusion was the main factor for inducing subcortical aphasia.
