摘要
The judicial review of antidumping cases is the main content of the WTO antidumping law. China’s entry into WTO demands a developed domestic judicial review system. It’s very important for China, a new WTO member, to learn from western experiences in this field. On the other hand, it’s also crucial for Chinese exporting enterprises to expand their stock of knowledge on judicial review system of their trade partners like EC to secure their own interests during the antidumping administrative process. This article explores the judicial review system of antidumping cases in European Community. It first looks at the significance and special issues of judicial review of antidumping cases. Then the article discusses the suitor and object of judicial review, the scope, the degree and the form of judicial review etc. Some comments are given from a viewpoint of exporting enterprises and some advices are given to the constuction of Chinese judicial review system of antidumping cases.
