白三烯与脑水肿关系及都可喜的治疗作用初探

摘要 本文报告在兔大脑中动脉阻断局灶脑缺血模型上,测定脑组织花生四烯酸脂氧化酶代谢产物白三烯B_4和水含量变化,观察都可喜对白三烯B_4和脑水肿的影响。大脑中动脉阻断后24小时,缺血区脑组织水含量较假手术对照增加4.1%,白三烯B_4含量增加44.1%。缺血前30分钟都可喜4mg/kg腹腔给药对缺血后24小时脑水肿的缓解及白三烯B_4代谢的抑制效果并不明显。 Cerebral arachidonic acid lipoxygenase metabolite leukotriene B_4 was detected and the possible alleviative effect at Duxil was explored on the rabbit MCAo model of ischemia. At the several time points up to a 24 hours ischemic exposure, we observed steady gain of brain water and sharp increase of cerebral leukotriene B_4 which was 54.1% of the control value at the end of 24h after MCAo. Duxil 4mg/kg ip. given 30' before MCAo hand little, if any alleviating effect on the ischemic brain edema formation and cerebral leukotriene B_4 production.
