摘要
阐述了社会网络理论的核心观点以及社会网络与企业成长的关系,在此基础剖析了社会网络分析的基本单位(关系联结)以及网络形成与演进的两种模式,对社会网络理论与企业问题研究可能的结合领域进行了分析与探讨,指出了社会网络理论可以在企业组织结构、企业战略联盟、中小企业的起动与发展以及其他一些相关研究领域得以较好的应用。
The social network theory together with its analysis framework has been showing its importance as a new view of the firm. The core idea of the theory, the relationship between social network and growth of the firm are first discussed and then the basic analysis units, relationship and tie, and two patterns of the formation and evolution of the network are investigated. At last the major applications of the theory in the field of the firms study, such as business organization structure, strategic alliance, start-up of small- and medium-sized firm, etc. are reviewed.
