引言对产品的防护作用是运输包装的一项最重要的功能。工业产品完成包装成为包装件后,就存在一个当此包装件到达使用部门或用户手中时,能否确保内装产品完好无损,使其保持原有的质量和规定的性能的问题.显然,这种保护作用体现了包装结构设计是否可靠的问题,即运输包装可靠性或工业包装可靠性。

Abstract In this paper,the new concept of “generalized shock loading”is presentde for esti- mating the rdliability of products all sidedly,The defintion of dynamic reliability of industrial pack- aging is given,laset ic the bact flet the shock mum- bers of thin loading have the features of discrete Poissom stichastic process.Assrming that the shock acceleratin-time course coinides with be stable Gaussian distribution,the calandation expression of packaging dynamic reliability may be obtained, which provides a ratical and uoelul analytical tool for improving the structure design of package cushioning.
