当代音乐教育改革与发展的若干特征 被引量:33

The Characteristics of Cur-rent Music Education Reform and Development

摘要 20世纪80年代以采,各国教育改革浪潮迭起,形成了一场历史上影响最厂运、最深刻、全方位、大动作的世界性教育改革运动。其实质是努力构建适应21世纪国际竞争和本国经济及社会发展的新教育体系。各国的学校音乐教育顺应这一教育改革的大潮,也不再局限于音乐学科内部某些方面的小改小修,而是进行着系统的、整体性的改革,包括重新认识音乐课程的价值和应有地位,研制新的课程标准,设计新的教学体系,实验新的教学方法,编写新的教材等。本文通过对国外20年的教育改革与近年我国音乐教育改革的新动向的比较,对当今世界音乐教育改革与发展的特征进行了疏理和总结。 Since 80s of 20 Century,the most influencing,profound and all-level education reform movements have been carried out in various countries all around the world. The essential of these movements is to build a new educational system to acclimatize to the on-coming international competition as well as the social and economic developments in 21 century. The school music education in different countries temporised this reform tide and started a systematic and holistic reform in music education. These reforms included re-estimation of music courses value and position in education, the development of new curricula standards,design for a new education system,experiments on new teaching methods and compilation of new music textbooks and so on. In this article,the author compared the education reform in other countries in the last 20 years with new trends of Chinese music education reform, and also coordinated and summarized the characteristics of current music education reform and development in the world.
