Optimum Designing of the Construction of Corrugated Box and Decreasing the Total Expenses of Cargo Distribution

一、概述瓦楞纸箱作为一种应用较广的货物流通运输包装容器,在国民经济的发展中扮演着十分重要的角色。瓦楞纸箱的结构形式(即成型为容器的方式)在ISO标准中有详细而明确的分类。

Computer aided design of the construction of corrugated box is studied in this paper. The construction measurernents of the corrugated box is optimally chosen, so that the total cost of the box packing and transportation to a unit inside package is lesast. The computer program developed can choose optimum box-packing arrangement of inside packages in corrugated box and assembly packing arrangement of corrugated box cargo in freight container, also it can give the figure of material disposition of needed corrugated board, the figure of manufacturing measurements of corrugated box, the figure of packing arrangement in corrugated box, the figure of assembly packing arrangement in freight container and relational important data.
